Our turnaround time for custom stickers/labels is typically 3-5 business days after mockup approval, plus shipping time. However, this can vary depending on the size and complexity of your order.

Yes! We offer a free online proof with expert help so you can see what your stickers/labels will look like before they're printed. Once you've approved the proof, we'll get to work printing and shipping your order. To make sure you receive your proof/mockup in your inbox, please add customerservice@kamegear.com to your email contact list or subscribe to our mailing list.

NOTE: In case we don't hear back from you with any changes or approval for the mockup within 3 business days, we'll assume you're all set to go and forward your order straight to production.

We can generate the QR Code for you at no additional cost. So all you need to do is leave a link in the personalization box and we'll do the rest of the QR Code Custom Stickers.

Our custom stickers are designed to be weatherproof, depending on the conditions they're exposed to. This means they can withstand rain, sun, and other outdoor elements without fading or peeling for 2-4 years.

You can choose between a gloss or matte finish for all of our custom stickers at no additional cost. We'll soon be providing specialty laminate options for an additional fee. So, stay tuned!

We highly recommend a 300dpi JPG or a vector file in .AI, .EPS or .PDF. It will be sized to the longest side purchased while keeping it proportional.

For the most accurate colors and clear printing, we recommend submitting a CMYK PDF file. However, we can work with other file types as well. If you have any questions or concerns about your file format, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Please keep in mind that the colors in the design you send us might have small variations in the print due to the difference in settings, color profiles and/or monitors. We cannot guarantee a color match on all images, nor do we refund fulfilled orders because of color variations. For the most accurate colors and clear printing, we recommend submitting a CMYK PDF file.

We will inform you if the file you upload for your custom sticker order doesn't meet our printing requirements during the online proof process. It's up to you to decide if you're okay with having them printed in low resolution. However, if you're not satisfied with the quality, you can simply upload a new file with higher resolution.
